These terms govern use of the Kazakh USA website, mobile applications, communities, messaging, and marketplace features.

Using the service

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, follow applicable law, and be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you submit.

User content

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Kazakh USA a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, resize, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, and promote the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload it.

Prohibited conduct

Do not post illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or privacy-invasive content. Do not scrape the service, bypass security, impersonate others, spam users, distribute malware, or use the platform to facilitate unsafe transactions.

Marketplace and community safety

Kazakh USA provides tools for users to connect but is not the buyer, seller, employer, landlord, broker, payment processor, or party to user transactions. Verify people and items independently, meet safely, and never send passwords or verification codes.

Moderation and termination

We may review reports, limit visibility, remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” and may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Kazakh USA disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or for user-to-user transactions.
